VAST is a meticulously maintained Outremer 51 (Hull #53), delivered in May 2018 in the sought-after 3-cabin Owner’s Layout. Originally owned by German owners and under German registration, VAST is maintained to the highest standards. The vessel is currently located in Charleston, SC, following a comprehensive 2025–2026 refit by Safe Harbor Wando River.

Key Features & Recent Upgrades (2025-2026) Safety & Navigation Refresh: New B&G Halo 20+ Radar, new ICOM fixed VHF, and new Viking 8-person liferaft. Anchoring System: Upgraded to a 35kg Ultra Stainless Steel anchor with 80m of stainless steel chain and Ultra Swivel.

Recent Service: New raw water pumps and stainless steel exhaust elbows installed. Propellers: Folding 3-bladed propellers.   Fuel Capacity: Dual 270L tanks for extended motoring range, equipped with Racor fuel f ilters/water separators.
