HUMPHREE. Cleaning of the blades and replacement of the motor bushings.
IDROMAR. Replacement of UV lamps, replacement of level probes, replacement of seal kits for all pumps. Water quality test. IDROMAR. Overall, test of RAS membranes. Removal of high-pressure pump for servicing. Replacement of quartz and UV lamp, cleaning of sand filter, replacement of low-pressure gauge.
GENERATORS. Turbo refurbishment, cylinder compression test, endoscopy.

5-year special survey
MTU. QL1
KaMeWa. 5-year service, PTO pump service on the external MP, replacement of Fly screen. Removal of directional Kamewa.
HUMPHREE. Cleaning of the blades and replacement of the motor bushings. Blade removal and workshop inspection.
IDROMAR. Microbiological water analysis, removal of membranes + TESTING + replacement of membrane caps, replacement of low-pressure pump, removal of high-pressure pump and electric motor for reconditioning, oil change for high-pressure pump, replacement of high-pressure hoses.
GENERATORS. Replacement of exhaust elbows, replacement of injection pump, change of EDM pump seal.
SEAKEEPER. Annual service + bushing + accumulators / hydraulic circuit flushing + glycol draining + seal replacement on the internal gyro cylinder Port center. All anodes replacement.

2023:
MTU. Standard annual service.
SELLMAR. General inspection, replacement of level probes, replacement of the charcoal filter, replacement of U.V. lamps, cleanings.
KaMeWa. Service standard, oil analysis, alignment check. Removal of boosters, replacement of all hydraulic hoses.
HUMPHREE. Cleaning of the blades and replacement of the motor bushings. 
IDROMAR. Removal of high-pressure and low-pressure pumps for reconditioning (new low-pressure pump), replacement of quartz and UV lamp, replacement of pressure gauge.
GENERATORS. Replacement of injection rail Port/Starboard - replacement of EDM pumps, replacement of generator bearings. Removal of the Temperature Exchanger. Removal of the Air Exchanger. Removal of the Fuel Exchanger. Removal of the Transmission Oil Exchanger. Removal of the Expansion Tanks. In workshop, disassembly of components. Cleaning (acid / degreaser / pressure wash). Replacement of seals. Pressure / vacuum tests. Reassembly of assemblies.
