replacement of all sea outlets
propeller balancing
sandblasting of the hull
repainted capodibanda (in mahogany), cleaned and oiled teak deck
polishing of hull and superstructure
replaced depth sounder
redone external cushions (bow and cockpit)
redone covers for external cushions
replaced all batteries including the generator battery
replaced the two chargers (upgraded)
replaced navigation lights
- kitchen: fridge, freezer, stainless steel sink with mixer, electric oven, 3-burner induction cooktop.
- air conditioning (hot and cold) in every room (including crew) and individually controllable in each room
- newly replaced carpet in the dinette and cabins
- bow propeller + stern propeller
- hydraulic gangway + hydraulic bathroom ladder
- tender garage equipped with hydraulic/electric hatch covered in teak that, when opened, becomes a 3.5 sqm bathing platform.
- cover for the helm and side windows for sun protection
- 3 electric winches (1 at the bow and 2 at the stern)
- electrically opening hardtop
- cockpit with height-adjustable wooden table + two wooden director chairs
- cockpit cover with sliding cover in stainless steel frame (sunshade)
- helm station, raymarine instrumentation (radar, autopilot, depth sounder, etc. etc) + remote control for autopilot
- 2 outdoor showers (1 at the bow and the other at the stern with hot and cold water)

in 2021/2023
- engine removal for engine refit and refurbishment of the engine room (expenses invoiced at €35,000)
- refurbishment of internal woodwork, locally with wrapping
- new curtains and internal fabrics
