Description
This 2006 Catalina 34 MK II, designed by Frank Butler and built by Catalina Yachts, is a well-equipped American fiberglass sailing yacht measuring 10.52m in length, 3.58m in width, and a shallow draft of only 1.30m with a bulb keel, ideal for shallower waters.
With 3 cabins and a headroom of up to 1.90m in the salon, it offers comfortable accommodation for a multi-day crew. It displaces 5.42 tons and is powered by a Universal M-35 diesel engine of 35hp with only 940 running hours, a reverse gear, and an electric Sidepower bow thruster.
The sail plan consists of a roller boom mainsail and genoa with roller reefing, supported by 4 winches and equipped with a spray hood, cockpit tent, and steering wheel cover. The navigation equipment includes a Raymarine ST60 suite with depth sounder, log, and wind set, a Raymarine chart plotter, autopilot, GPS, and VHF radio.
The electrical system features two service batteries, a starting battery, and a bow thruster battery, with a Mastervolt battery monitor and shore power. Onboard, comfort is well taken care of with an indoor and outdoor shower, toilet, refrigerator, oven, 2-burner gas stove, water heater, and Webasto diesel heating.
Outside, the boat has an electric anchor winch, integrated swimming platform, swim ladder, and a liferaft. A ready-to-sail and well-maintained Catalina 34 MK II with an attractive shallow draft.
