One starboard engine display unit is inoperative (replacement). Test the entire alarm system, main engine control unit, left/ right. Perform periodic maintenance. a) Oil change b) Fuel filter replacement c) Chassis fuel filter replacement d) Oil filter replacement e) Fuel separator filter replacement f) Air filter replacement g) V-belt replacement h) Zinc anode replacement i) Impeller replacement j) Coolant replacement k) Crankcase filter replacement or cleaning 2. Complete disassembly of marine water pumps and replacement of the repair kit in the workshop. 3. Complete disassembly of freshwater pumps and replacement of the repair kit in the workshop. 4. Cylinder head removal and resurfacing. Valve and valve guide replacement. 5. Valve adjustment. 6. Fuel pump and injector removal and reassembly in the workshop. 7. Removing and chemically cleaning the intercoolers in the workshop, replacing the necessary O-rings, gaskets, and bolts. Conducting pressure tests. 8. Removing 8 turbines and sending them to the workshop. 9. Testing the turbine housing for leaks (oil seals). 10. Removing and chemically cleaning the seawater coolers in the workshop, checking the sealing plates. 11. Removing and repairing two starters and two generators. 12. Replacing thermostats. 13. After removing the cylinder head, measure the piston height, check the cylinder ovality, and compile a report. 14. Removing the oil coolers and replacing the gaskets.2Additional work on the engine. - Replacement of crankcase gaskets - 2 pcs.
Eliminate fuel and lubricant contamination from entering the diesel generator exhaust system (during operation, oil stains appear outside the DG-1 and DG-2 engines) (reasons unknown)31. Removing the freshwater pump and replacing the repair kit. 8. Removing the generators and sending them to the workshop for maintenance. 9.
