Beautiful example of X-362, featuring a unique history and a special configuration built directly by the yard at the request of the first owner. This yacht represents a perfect balance between racing performance and cruising comfort, thanks to a successful combination of the X-362 Sport and Cruiser versions.

The boat has had only three owners and never used for regattas: launched in 2003 and purchased new by an Italian company for team-building activities, she was then sold in 2005 to the second owner, who used her only for short periods each year, sailing mainly in the waters of Sardinia. The current owner acquired her in 2024 with the intention of relocating her to Lake Garda, but due to the lack of available moorings, he is now forced to sell her after have never used her.

From a technical standpoint, this X-362 maintains all the high construction standards typical of X-Yachts: sandwich hull and deck, internal steel frame structure, and composite keel, all designed to ensure rigidity, safety, and excellent sailing performance.

The “custom” configuration makes her particularly appealing:

• taller mast derived from the Sport version
• high-performance keel with 2.25 m draft
• aft-positioned chainplates for improved sailing efficiency

These performance features are complemented by important cruising comforts:

• wheel steering (instead of tiller)

**This boat lies in Italy and as such, its sale is subject to Italian customs and practices on yachts brokerage, which state that the agency commission of 10% is paid in half between the seller and the buyer.
