The Victoire 1044 is a sailing yacht built in 1996 by Victoire Yachts. The design is by Koopmans. The ship features a round bilge fiberglass hull and a bulb keel. The construction of the hull took place at the yard. The hull has a length of 10.44 meters, a width of 3.25 meters, and a draft of 1.90 meters. The water displacement is approximately 5.6 tons and the ballast is about 2,750 kilograms. The air draft is about 15.5 meters.

The deck is made of teak and the cabin structure is made of fiberglass. The interior is finished in mahogany. The headroom is approximately 1.95 meters in the salon, 1.85 meters in the fore cabin, and 1.80 meters in the aft cabin. There are three cabins including the salon with a total of four sleeping places. The windows are made of perspex. The steering is done with a tiller.

The engine consists of a Volvo Penta MD2003 diesel engine with a power of 29 hp (21 kW) from 1996.
