A popular model on the west coast during its production years, the Offshore 48 Sedan is a well-designed motor yacht with several interesting features for experienced cruisers. Although it is not designed with the mega-volume interior found in some cruising yachts of this size, the Offshore prioritizes outdoor leisure, as suggested by its generous decks.

Not only are the forward passes wide and the cockpit spacious, but the dimensions of the flybridge are quite generous for a 48-footer. Designed by William Crealock, the 48 is built on a hand-laid fiberglass hull with a balsa core from the waterline. Thanks to its significant displacement, low profile, and low center of gravity, the 48 offers a comfortable ride and a high degree of directional stability.

The salon is fitted with handcrafted teak cabinetry and woodwork, and large windows provide a panoramic view of the water. The master cabin with a large bed is located forward, and the guest cabin with twin berths is in the middle of the ship opposite. There are two toilets with separate sinks divided by a common shower stall. A staircase behind the lower helm provides convenient interior access to the deck.
