General characteristics: Length: 12m | Width: 3.70m

Navigation equipment: Wheel steering, autopilot, compass, anemometer, depth sounder, GPS, VHF, main anchor type plow on electric windlass at the bow Goioit 1000W (2008), secondary anchor, navigation lights, 8 fenders.

Sails: Genoa on roller (2003, recreational use condition), semi-battened mainsail with 3 reefs (original, replacement expected). All maneuvers are brought back to the cockpit.

Interior layout: good overall condition, 2 double cabins (front and rear), saloon with a double berth + 1 single berth + 1 bunk bed, bathroom with shower + marine toilet, kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven + 2-burner gas stove, double sink.
